Oct. 20th, 2004 01:32 pmAll right, after an incredibly long haul (I've been here since 2001, for heaven's sake) my entire journal is now friends-locked. I don't particularly like locked journals and I know that they are not tempting to new readers, but I'm kind of stuck with it. I sometimes talk about the burlesque troupe I belong to, which results pop up on Google searches of my troupe's name, and I don't particularly want everyone in the world to be able to find and read this journal. So here we are, all locked up, and not in a fun way.
If you friend me, I will friend you back automatically so that you can read my posts. I don't filter my posts beyond the initial lock, so once you're on my list, you can read everything I post. Things that you might read about include:
My work as a pin-up model, with occasional postings of my photos. These often include tasteful nudes, but I always put them behind a cut and warn that the content is not work safe. I'm not here to spring my nipples on the unprepared. ETA: My nipples can now be found in the comments to this post. See? Now you're prepared.
The follies and delights of performing in a burlesque troupe. We have a good time, we do.
The trivia of my day-to-day life--happily married and working as an office admin. I try not to let the mundane stuff overwhelm the other content, but I don't always succeed.
My media preoccupations, these being primarily film and television related. Occasionally, I also read a book.
The zany antics of my crew of friends, charitably described as "motley."
